BSc (HONS) Media Production Technology

Bradfod_Logo_RGB_colour2(Bradford University UK & San Francisco State University US 1993 – 1999)

The course was renamed from Electronic Imaging and Media communications during my final year. It involved the theory and practice behind the development of film and television programs, advertising in both print, television and internet, as well as advanced informational technology systems. I spent the second year at San Francisco State University’s broadcast electronics and creative arts department.

Whilst at Bradford I was elected a student union athletics association officer, responsible for marketing the clubs and societies and producing the athletics association handbook and posters for specific social events.

I was also chairman of the university sub-aqua club – winning the club of the year award, which is extremely rare for a non team sport. I have continued to maintain a link with the university lecturers after graduating as I believe it is important to develop links between academics and the practicing business executives.
